Flexible Resources

Flexible Resources provide a combination of on-site and remote consulting and are fractionally dedicated to a customer a specified number of days a week or weeks a month. Like Dedicated Resources, Flexible Resources provide a deep technical relationship between Red Hat and you, the Client. Flexible Resources can be used to accomplish any Red Hat Service or Solution and can provide valuable knowledge transfer while completing any necessary documentation

Project Management

A resource dedicated to ensuring your project is completed on time and in alignment with your IT business goals. As your single point of contact, the project manager provides project leadership, serving as the liaison between all project stakeholders, facilitating effective and open communications, driving consensus on IT business goals and project scope, and manages team inter-dependencies.

Consulting Units offer the flexibility to purchase consulting services from Red Hat in advance, and determine your precise consulting needs later. Buy Consulting Units now and apply them to any Red Hat Consulting engagement within 12 months of purchase. If you have unallocated end-of-year budget, Consulting Units are a great way to invest in your technology infrastructure needs without committing to a specific consulting topic upfront.
